Rules

House rules "Apartment for bookbinding"

Dear holiday guests! Our holiday flat should be a second home to you. You should feel comfortable and be able to relax. We have put a lot of effort into the furnishing and hope that you will find everything you need. The following house rules should be a help for a harmonious stay. We have also listed some rules which we hope you will understand. By treating the flat properly, you will help us to continue to offer you and other guests satisfactory premises in the future.

General

If you miss anything in the facility or if you need help, please contact us with confidence. All things in the flat or on the balcony or belong to it may and should be used by the guests. Please handle the entire furnishings and inventory with care and treat the rented property with care. Please make sure that your fellow travellers also comply with the rental conditions. Kitchen Please handle the kitchen equipment and technical appliances with care. As a dirty kitchen does not please anyone, please only place dishes, pots and cutlery in the cupboards when clean and dry. Please do not place hot pots and other hot objects on the tables or worktop without a coaster. Always use a cutting board as a cutting surface. Please leave the interior of the oven and microwave clean.

Disposal

The waste is separated into residual waste, glass, paper and plastic. Appropriate containers are available on the property (on the ground floor down the wooden stairs, on the left on the wall the 2nd door - rubbish room, dustbins of the holiday flat are marked). Dung bins and cosmetics buckets in the bathroom should only be used with a rubbish bag and should be disposed of in the residual waste bin in a closed container. No waste, food leftovers, harmful liquids or the like may be thrown or poured into the kitchen sink, the toilets, the washbasin or shower! Avoid anything that could lead to clogging of the pipes (do not throw any hygiene products into the toilet).

Cleaning

If you should ever have an accident (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces etc.), we would ask you to rectify this immediately. We ask you to leave the holiday flat swept clean on departure and to put all used dishes back into the cupboards.

Rest periods

In the interests of good neighbourliness, we ask you to observe public rest periods such as midday, night and Sunday rest. Also in the holiday flat itself, out of consideration, rest should be kept between 22:00 and 7:00 o'clock.

Duty of care

We ask our guests to treat the rented property with care and to ensure that fellow travellers and relatives also comply with the rental conditions. The entrance door should always be closed (as should the two doors on the ground floor). Likewise, all windows should be closed when leaving the flat to avoid possible damage due to bad weather or burglary. The resources water and electricity are to be handled with care.

Damage

Nobody intentionally damages things, but it can happen to anyone that something gets broken. We would appreciate it if you could inform us of the damage and that we would not have to wait until after your departure for the final cleaning. The tenant is liable for damages, in the amount of the replacement costs.

Internet/WLAN

In the holiday flat there is a wireless internet connection (WLAN). You will find the access code framed in the kitchen area. The use of the internet with your own WLAN-capable terminal device (notebook, smartphone etc.) via the WLAN connection is free of charge for the tenant. You use the internet at your own risk, the landlord excludes any liability in connection with the internet use of the tenant. Smokers Smoking is not allowed in the flat. Smoking on the balcony is allowed. Please dispose of the completely cooled down cigarette remains in the dustbin.

Loss of the keys must be reported immediately and the guest is liable up to the amount of the replacement costs.
